The big meal is coming up this next week, for many of our customers it’s the dessert table that causes anxiety. Most people don’t stress about mashed potatoes. Yet when it comes to making a good pie crust, and baking, we get a little nervous.
Over the past few years, I have noticed which videos are viewed the most by our Facebook page users. These are those videos, all in one place so you can quickly watch them, then go to your next task in the kitchen. Any pie is easy with a little help.
My Best tip: Make your pie crust up on Monday, and freeze it. Thaw in the fridge on Tuesday. Bake on Wednesday. It’s the freezing and thawing that makes it easy to roll, easy to bake and nice and flaky.
Have a wonderful week in the kitchen with your family. Thanksgiving is a time to be very grateful. I’m very thankful for my position with County Market, and serving you, the customers. Be blessed! LeAnn
