Do you ever find yourself in a mad dash to throw together a dish for an event or gathering? Even though you may have known about said event for over a month and you have received several notifications via email and Facebook?
Hypothetically, there even might be a situation where you volunteer to throw a party and then act like a crazy person all weekend to pull it off. And usually no one is the wiser as you nonchalantly shrug and say, “Oh, my house isn’t that clean, but thank you, and it didn’t take long to make ten different sides!"

When you are want to throw together a fast and filling dinner that will feed a crowd, oven baked tacos are perfect. It is a quick fix, and most ingredients you will have on hand. It is also a great opportunity to create a taco bar of toppings to add on after baking.
PICKY EATER ALERT – This recipe is not spicy. You can switch out regular salsa or taco sauce for a spicier variety, but this base recipe is mild to suit all taste buds. I hope this recipe is a good go to for your busy life. As football season kicks in, this is a perfect side dish to go along with the game. Or in my case, late night dinner after a drum lesson, school function, and homework. It is the all-purpose meal!
Here is the recipe. Enjoy!
