Grilling Method: Grill over medium hot coals for 8 – 10 minutes. Turn the chops and grill for an additional 4 – 5 minutes or until internal temperature is 165 degrees.

Broiling Method: Place chops on a broiler pan. Broil for 8 – 10 minutes. Turn the chops and broil for an additional 4 – 5 minutes or until internal temperature is 165 degrees

Baking Method: Chops can be baked in a covered glass baking dish in a 350 degree oven for 20 minutes or until internal temperature is 165 degrees.
