Skinny Buffalo Chicken Dip

Its football season and along with that comes tail-gating. I love tail-gating food but unfortunately it can be very caloric and high in fat. One of the Live Well teams favorite things to do is to modify indulgent recipes and make them a bit healthier. Here is one of my favorite tail-gating dishes but with a healthier twist.

Skinny Buffalo Chicken Dip
Preparation/Cook Time: 30 minutes Number of Servings: 16
Ingredients:
- 8 oz. reduced fat cream cheese
- 1 cup Essential Everyday plain non-fat Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup Frank’s RedHot Buffalo Wings Sauce
- 1 packet Essential Everyday Ranch dressing mix
- 1 pound shredded rotisserie chicken breast
- 1 cup 2% shredded, sharp cheddar cheese
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400F
- Mix all ingredients together in large bowl except the cheddar cheese
- Transfer ingredients to oven safe dish
- Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until heated through.
- Top with cheddar cheese and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Serve with celery sticks or whole grain crackers.
