Super Shamrock Smoothie

St. Patrick’s Day isn't for another week, but that doesn’t mean you can't celebrate with all things Green this weekend or even all month long!
Here is an easy and yummy Green Smoothie recipe you can enjoy this March & the "Super" part about it is that it is full of fiber, heart-healthy fats, and will keep you feeling full!
Super Shamrock Smoothie

Prep Time: 3 minutes Number of Servings: 1
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups unsweetened coconut or almond milk (or more depending on your desired thickness)
- Ground flaxseeds ½ tbsp
- Handful baby spinach, optional (a good blender should completely chop up the greens)
- ½ of a ripe avocado
- ¼ cup plain 2% Greek yogurt
- 1 cup frozen thawed or fresh pineapple
Directions:
- Blend everything together until creamy. Best consumed immediately.
