Mediterranean Sundried Tomato Dip

Here is a Mediterranean inspired dip recipe. Simple and delicious.
Mediterranean Sun-Dried Tomato Dip
- 1/4 cup sun-dried tomato pesto
- 1/4 finely diced green onions
- 1 cup pre-strained plain Greek yogurt (Non-fat or low fat is fine)
- Sea salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons chopped and toasted California Walnuts
- 1 tablespoon crumbled feta cheese
- Mix together sun-dried tomato pesto and yogurt in medium bowl. Season with salt and pepper and top with California walnuts and feta cheese. Serve with veggie strips or pita chips.
