October is National Pork Month!!!
There is no shortage of reasons to celebrate and eat it up all month long; pork easy to cook, has many healthy options and is full of flavor when cooked to an internal temperature of 145 degrees, followed by a 3-minute rest.
One of my favorite types of pork is pork tenderloin. It is low in sodium, a good source of potassium and is certified heart-healthy by the American Heart Association with it's heart-check mark. It's super versatile and great tasting. Here is a seasonal recipe that is sure to please the whole family.
