Spiked Hot Cocoa

Prep Time: 5 minutes Servings: 4
Ingredients:
- 2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk (could substitute reduced fat or skim milk)
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 Tbsp. of stevia (or any other no calorie sweetener)
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- Splash of amaretto for each serving
Directions:
- Warm up the almond milk and cinnamon sticks in medium-sized pot over medium heat.
- Bring to a simmer and then slowly add in the cocoa powder and stevia, stirring until completely dissolved.
- Remove from heat and pour evenly into 2 mugs. Add a splash of amaretto and a cinnamon stick to each mug.
