- 12 Triscuits
- 1/3 cup basil pesto
- ¼ cup, chopped prepared roasted red peppers
- ¼ cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
- Arrange Triscuits on baking sheet
- Spread about 1 tsp. of basil pesto on each Triscuit; top with red pepper and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
- Place under low broiler until cheese is melted.
- Serve immediately
