Tropical Mango Smoothie
Serves: 1
Prep time: 2 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1 kiwi, sliced and skin removed
- 1 small ripe banana (or ½ of a medium-large sized one)
- 1 tsp. chia seeds
- 2 handfuls fresh spinach
- ½ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk or unsweetened coconut milk
- ½ cup ice (if you prefer it thicker)
Directions:
- Blend all ingredients together in a blender. Adjust the amount of ice depending on how thick you like your smoothie. Enjoy!
